Band

THE Best of the Bad BanD…

Are you kidding me? We are in a frickin pandemic. There is no band yet! Throw me a bone. But maybe someday... Best of the Bad is on the slow boat to create new music or to do creative covers with a twist. It takes about 10-12 songs for a set and to play out you need about 36 songs or so…have a little ways to go…hopefully, will get there before the grim reaper comes calling. If you would have a future interest in coming to gigs that play this type of music and/or are a musician/artist and would like to be part of that musical experience, please contact BOB at dave@bestofthebad.com. If I ever get to play out again I would like to busk, go wireless, create a jam band, in a setting of cultural diversity. Not sure about the travel. My idea of a trip is going to Forest Park and rollerblading. But you never know…

ARTISTS

AirGIG is am amazing website that connects buyers and sellers to create music. It is chock full of almost every type of musician, artist, and sound engineer you can imagine. Prices vary for tracks and over time you get comfortable working with certain people. There are many talented folks that came together to create these songs. Allegedly, they are royalty free and suspect they will remain so as long as I don’t sell that many of them! But if you are interested in the names of any of the musicians or vocalists in these songs, let me know and I should be able to “track” them down for you. See what I did there? I do have permission to give a special shout out to Steve Paxon with lead vocal talents on the songs Missouri and soon the song Smitten (https://www.airgigs.com/user/spaxton88), Liam Ward on harmonica for the songs Grandma, Owl and Smitten (https://www.liamwardmusic.com/), Justin Lewis (https://www.airgigs.com/user/jjlw225) with guitar licks on Graduation and Smitten, and Freddy Krumins on lead vocals on the song Brownies and Ridinghood (https://m.soundcloud.com/freddy-krumins). Do not hesitate to reach out to them on their websites!
